If despite of the careful quality verification process before shipping implemented in Koolsh you receive a malfunctioning product we will do our best to solve your issue.

For products under warranty (please check the product page for the applicable warranty terms), or for any product you received within the last 10 days, please follow this simple procedure :

Send an e-mail to sav@koolsh.com with the following data :
1. Faulty product ;
2. Issue description ;
3. Order (or invoice) number ;
4. Eventually a phone number or skype if you need further assistance.

You will get an answer within 48 H :

1. Either we decide to send you a product replacement, free of charge.
2. Or we will give you a RMA number and and the procedure to follow to return the product. Product returns are further detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to return 7 days after delivery, without any explanation the integrity of the products purchased within one order. The products should be in their original, not opened and sealed packaging your order shipped with. We will reimburse the integrity of your order as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
